We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of the purchase of one of our plans. If you’re unsatisfied with your service for any reason during your first 30 days with us, we’ll give you back 100% of your money spend. We don’t offer pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.

Unfortunately, no. There is no need to host emails on the server itself or to manage them when there are options like G-Suite or Office 365. We greatly recommend you to use them and it is offered in one of our plans as well. Of course, we will help you with setting them up and even provide troubleshooting when we can!

Help Desk Support tasks can be anything from editing site to adding a sentence or even word in your text, up to adding features/redesigning it.

Before each task, we will let you know the time amount needed so you can be sure that it’s within the limits. In case the task clocks out more than your current plan has, you can always purchase more hours.
